• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities that occur under your Account.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

api155 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our legal and regulatory obligations, we require all users to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide:

3.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000
• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet that was used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by our compliance team.
• Standard processing time is 1-24 hours for verified accounts during business days. Silver and Gold loyalty tier members receive priority processing.
• We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000, which may extend processing time up to 72 hours.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of api155 services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the six months immediately preceding the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

api155 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Platform or other users. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
